Internship - Logistics Analyst Intern

The student will be working with various stakeholders on the various projects involving digitalization and decarbonization.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Logistics Support: Provide support across all logistics sub-teams, including Warehouse Management, Transit Management, Quality Management, Engineering, and Analytics.
* Digitalization & Decarbonization: Support and contribute to Logistics Digitalization and Decarbonization initiatives.
* Cross-Functional Support: Assist logistics sub-teams with day-to-day operational and project-related tasks.
* Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
* Research & Analysis: Conduct research and gather information to support project activities and tasks.
* Project Support: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the project team.
* Visualization Development: Support the development of a visualization dashboard as a project manager or developer.
* Documentation & Training: Assist in preparing logistics process documentation, Confluence pages, and training materials.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
* Supply Chain Knowledge: Gain an understanding of Infineon's Global Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
* Digitalization Exposure: Build hands-on exposure to digitalization projects and initiatives.
* Project Management Skills: Develop project management skills through active project contributions.
* Business Understanding: Learn about business environments across Asia Pacific and Europe.
* Stakeholder Communication: Enhance communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Education: Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Supply Chain, or Engineering.
* Technical Skills: Academic exposure to Python, SQL, and Tableau.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
* Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for analytics dashboards.
* Availability: Available for 6-month (Jan 27 - June 27) to 1-year internship opportunity (Jan 27 - Dec 27).
