Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.

* Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.

* Constructing financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

* Contribute to understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.

* Preparing business / investment approval materials.

* Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.

Job Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

* Familiarity with using Bloomberg, CapIQ, and other M&A databases will be advantageous.

* Possess the ability to multitask, and passion to acquire new knowledge.

* Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to connect insights to broader business goals
