Production / Manufacturing Excellence Intern @ Woodlands - Your Future Position?
Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
Reporting to: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:
* Support project implementation (material location optimisation and robot dosing testing and implementation)
* Support on production yield loss and data collection on the shopfloor to optimise product yield settings and parameters
* Support development of training documents fo process training for operators
* Support GPS/ARTC/MES activities for production
* Support investigation and troubleshooting for product non-conformances
* Support periodic SOP review and update standards (including SOP, workcycles)
* Collaborate with process technology team to streamline and improve production processes
* Support site master plan projects (material storage tank improvement, workstation design)
* Support Continuous Improvement projects/initiatives

At the end of the industrial attachment, interns will be able to:
* Familiarize with Food Safety (HACCP) principles and guidelines
* Learn how to handle and process chemicals safely
* Understand basic production processing and capacity planning
* Understand key quality parameters influencing product quality
* Acquire knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Acquire knowledge on Lean and Quality Programs (5S, White Belt, Engrained Quality (Right First Time)

Main Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant fields
