People Operations Intern - SG SPX Express and Warehouse (Spring 2026)

Description du poste:

* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation
* Assist in the planning and execution of employee welfare and engagement activities
* Participate in payroll validation by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy
* Contribute to internal communications efforts, including the creation of newsletters and other employee engagement materials
* Attending to employees' queries and advising based on the company's best practices

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
* Having a passion for people and culture
* Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented
* Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
* Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
* Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, attention to detail and eager to learn
* Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
