Team Introduction The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team oversees the non-commerce side of performance products, focusing on lead generation and app ads across various verticals. We are seeking an entrepreneurially passionate intern to join our Global Content & Services Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team in 2026. This role will work closely with our Product Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies, optimize performance advertising, and assist in positioning the value proposition and features of our platform to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be comfortable working autonomously, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period and 5 days a week. Responsibilities - Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to analyze product functionality, assess performance trends, and test hypotheses that shape go-to-market strategies - Perform in-depth analysis on performance ads to uncover creative best practices and optimization opportunities - Assist in the development of streamlined processes for market research, customer interviews, and product feedback collection - Contribute to the creation of client-facing marketing materials, playbooks, and reports - Support the team in developing efficient processes to communicate product release timelines with sales teams - Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for small business customers

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum qualifications - Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing/Business or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required; IELTS/TOEFL preferred) - Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable reports Preferred qualifications - Previous internship experience at internet companies - Excellent customer service skills with experience working with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong market research and segmentation skills - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams and manage multiple stakeholders - High level of autonomy, work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
