Team Introduction: TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Support TikTok LIVE strategy operations, helping drive strategy execution and achieve business goals. - Help the team monitor and address ecosystem content risks, including risk identification, policy communication, and feedback collection. - Track key project metrics and progress to keep initiatives on track and running smoothly. - Coordinate across teams and departments, helping streamline collaboration processes and improve overall efficiency. - Support other day-to-day operations within the team as needed

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification (s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree, any major welcome - Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Chinese to support content policy work involving Chinese-language violation scenarios - Able to commit to 5 days per week, for a minimum internship of 5 months - Solid data analysis and summarization skills, proficient in Excel and other office tools Preferred Qualification (s) - Strong communication skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, quick comprehension, and a team-player mindset - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
