Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across brands.
* Support the development and refinement of operational frameworks (e.g., Pre-Opening, POP Review, Service & Product Review).
* Conduct data analysis and generate insights for operational dashboards and performance reports.
* Help coordinate global improvement projects, including sustainability, quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Participate in research, benchmarking, and identifying best practices across hospitality and service industries.
* Support the documentation and testing of digital tools (e.g., Pre-Opening Software, Audit Software, SOP chatbot).
* Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
* Able to work independently and multitask.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about operational excellence and global hospitality operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or process mapping tools is a plus.
