Growth Projects Intern, Shopee COO Office

Description du poste:

* Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
* Assist the team to identify, review and analyse key commercial metrics to improve campaign efficiency
* Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
* Track and evaluate performance of user acquisition
* Monitor new initiatives by Shopee and our competitors, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
* Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc

Profil requis du candidat:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
* Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
* Able to work well in a dynamic environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
* Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
