Location Overview
Join our team in Amanpuri. Soundtracked by the whispers of coconut palms and the sighs of the Andaman Sea, Aman's first resort, Amanpuri, presides over its own peninsula, promising guests space, serenity, an idyllic white-sand beach, exceptional restaurants and a Holistic Wellness Centre.
Under the guidance of the Front Office Management Team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in daily front desk operations, supporting guest arrivals and departures while delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience.
We are seeking a guest-focused, proactive, and confident individual with a warm and approachable personality. A passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Get a daily briefing about operations to effectively assist guests on a daily basis
* Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheet, be up to date with all changes, new procedures and events
* Provide arrival, during stay and departure experiences
* Assist general enquiries at the lobby and around the resort area
* Provide information about guest rooms, locations amenities, features and all other services offered by the resort
* Liaise and coordinate with all departments to ensure service delivery according to guest requests
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with guests
* Service-oriented with a professional appearance and positive attitude
* Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative and front desk responsibilities
* Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* A team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow within Front Office operations
