In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The Platform Operations team sits at the center of TikTok Shop's commercial engine, partnering with category teams to drive seller growth, campaign execution, and assortment quality on the platform. We design and run the day-to-day mechanics that power major campaigns and promotions-from voucher setup and seller registration to performance tracking and cross-functional reporting. Our work directly enables brands and sellers to scale on TikTok Shop while ensuring the platform delivers a strong shopper experience. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how a leading e-commerce platform actually runs behind the scenes. The intern will work closely with category leads across all four clusters (Fashion, Electronics, FMCG, Lifestyle), supporting daily operations that keep campaigns and seller programs moving. You'll learn how marketplace operations connect to commercial outcomes, how to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and how to translate raw data into decisions. By the end of the internship, you'll have a working understanding of platform mechanics, campaign operations, and the commercial logic behind one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities: - Support daily platform operations across Fashion, Electronics, and FMCG clusters, ensuring smooth campaign and program execution - Update and maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and data files to support category teams and management reporting - Monitor seller and brand registration progress for campaigns, flagging gaps and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time completion - Respond to operational questions from internal teams, escalating where needed - Pull and consolidate data from internal tools to support performance tracking and post-campaign recaps - Support ad-hoc operational tasks, project execution, and process improvements as required

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field - Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas - Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders - Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on time-sensitive tasks - Quick learner-able to pick up data pulling and platform tools after 1-2 walkthroughs - Available to commit at least 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with e-commerce, or similar marketplace platforms as a user - Genuine interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform business models If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
