Team Introduction TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities: - Day to day TikTok GO creators community management to engage and enhance content production (LIVE and Short Video) activeness and its efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities through mass and bootcamp program - Manage creators growth performance, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing at least an Undergraduate degree in Business, Data, or other related fields - Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia) - Good communication skills, analytical skills, and team working skills - Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination - Able to work at least 4 days a week for at least three months Preferred Qualification(s) - Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused - Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities. - Preferred for candidate with design, content creation experience, leverage AI to optimize day to day task - Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages - Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows - Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B industry is a plus
