Job Description:

We are currently offering an opportunity for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our R&D department for starting something remarkable as a R&D Smart Start!
Your contribution to something big:
* Actively participating in R&D projects and collaborate with teams
* Conducting necessary engineering calculations
* Contributing to projects by generating creative solutions

Qualifications:

* Currently a 3rd-year or Master's student in the Mechanical Engineering department
* Available for a continuous internship period of at least 11 months
* Able to work at least 3 days per week at our Manisa Plant
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Strong interest in R&D processes and eagerness to learn
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking
