Customer Service Intern
The Customer Service Intern will support the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team by taking ownership of administrative and daily simple tasks, enabling Customer Service team members to focus on managing customer orders and issue resolution. This role supports day-to-day order management activities, customer communication, and system updates.

Your responsibilities
* Perform administrative support for the O2C/Customer Service team.
* Assist with order follow-up activities (e.g., status checks, internal coordination, tracking open items).
* Inform customers about order status changes and delays using approved templates and guidance from the team.
* Enter and maintain notes, comments, and relevant updates in sales orders/ERP/CRM systems.
* Support documentation, filing, and basic reporting (e.g., order lists, backlog follow-up, open actions).
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, logistics, sales) to obtain accurate order information.

Who we are looking for
* Student status (business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred) or newly graduated.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.
* Professional communication skills (email/phone).
* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM exposure is a plus.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and work in a team environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
