[Internship] Project Management Intern (Japanese speaking)

Job Description

* Support project management activities using various project management tools and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
* Ensure all project documents and information are current and effectively communicated within the project team
* Coordinate project meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM)
* Prepare monthly working hour tracking reports
* Maintain and organize internal team administrative documentation
* Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

* University degree in Economics, Languages, or related field
* English and Japanese language proficiency (N2 and above)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Good communication and prioritization skills
* Patient and willing to learn
* Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
* Ability to work independently
