Digital & Social Media Support
* Assist in managing and updating social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Support content creation including captions, visuals, short videos, and stories.
* Help schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages).
Content & Website Management
* Assist in updating website content, banners, and promotions.
* Proofread digital content to ensure brand tone, accuracy, and consistency.
* Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.
Campaign & Email Marketing
* Support digital campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
* Assist with email marketing newsletters and database updates.
* Coordinate with internal departments to collect content and visuals.
Analytics & Reporting
* Assist in tracking digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic).
* Prepare basic reports and insights to support decision-making.
Administrative & Creative Support
* Maintain digital content libraries and asset folders.
* Conduct competitor and trend research in digital marketing and hospitality.
* Support ad-hoc marketing and branding projects as assigned
