Designed for individuals aspiring to build a career in private banking, the ARM Development Programme offers a carefully curated 24-month pathway, consisting of structured learning, rotational attachments and hands-on experience to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to succeed in the client-facing wealth management role.

What you can expect:

* 24-month Programme: You will work with different teams across the bank and be part of impactful projects that help develop your expertise as an Assistant Relationship Manager
* Structured Training: You will acquire knowledge, technical skills and industry expertise required to succeed in private banking
* Rotational Opportunities: You will gain hands-on experience through rotations in various departments, providing valuable exposure to the private banking ecosystem.

Our ARM Development Programme is offered in Singapore and Hong Kong

* Open to university graduates from any discipline with less than one year of full-time work experience. Priority consideration will be given to former Bank of Singapore interns
