Provide 1st level IT Support as your main daily focus for users on site and remotely, including user on- and offboarding, day-to-day user support, shared computers in warehouse and production areas
Act as the primary point of contact to log, classify, and resolve incidents using ticketing system
Manage user accounts, access rights and permissions
Escalate complex issues to IT Manager or 3rd line support if needed
Configure and install desktops and laptops; assist with the basic setup of servers and network equipment (wired and wireless)

Requisiti del candidato:

Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in 1st level IT support and, ideally initial experience in system administration
Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Windows 10/11 systems)
Knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, SSO concepts and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Understanding of network principles DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN
