Junior Web Project Manager

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we're dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

* Help the team stay organised and keep track of what is happening across our projects.
* Support the team in keeping Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses.
* Track action items and follow up with their owners.
* Organise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions.
* Help with communication between our team and other departments.
* Help organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities.
* Maintain project documentation and shared materials.

Requirements

* Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
* Some experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role.
* Advanced experience with Jira.
* Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion..
* A proactive and helpful approach.
* Comfortable working with different teams and personalities.
* Comfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc) or other relevant software

Nice to haves

* Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
* Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams.
* Some knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices.
