Strategic Finance and M&A Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Finance & M&A Manager to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing engineering platform by executing an ambitious buy & build strategy. This is a high-impact position, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, and with real exposure to value creation and decision-making.

The Role

You will lead the platform's organic and inorganic growth strategy, combining hands-on M&A execution, post-merger integration with active involvement in financial planning and performance monitoring and execution of the company's business plan.

You will also contribute to building scalable financial processes, reporting frameworks, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution
· Drive synergy identification, tracking, and capture across the platform
· Monitor business plan execution, financial performance, and key value creation initiatives
· Improve financial processes, reporting, and performance tracking
· Prepare materials for Board, investors, and lenders
· Support inorganic growth strategy alongside senior leadership and investors
· Support transaction execution and due diligence workstreams
