At dsm firmenich, we are looking for a Communication Specialist to support the Senior Communications Manager and the Change management team within Digital & Tech (D&T). This role sits at the intersection of digital, communications and the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories.

Your key responsibilities

You will help shape and deliver communications that support D&T priorities and initiatives. This includes:
* Creating strong, well structured communication materials, including presentations and storytelling decks for both internal and external audiences
* Designing and maintaining content in SharePoint, acting as a super user and supporting teams with structure and usability
* Supporting campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus
* Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager and collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and promote key projects and achievements.
* Manage the D&T hub platform, with up-to-date information and clear communication approaches to different audiences.
* Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, preparing reports for the Communication team.

You bring

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a corporate environment.
* Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for presentations
* Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong attention to structure and flow
* SharePoint expertise at super user level
* Native level English; additional languages are a strong advantage
* A structured, well organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple topics
* Comfort working both independently and in a team
* Curiosity and a strong drive to learn, especially in the digital and AI space
