We are looking for an experienced and motivated "F&B Supervisor (Banquet)" to join our team.

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a reputable hotel.
* A degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily banquet operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Motivate team members and promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
* Coordinate and support new team members during their trial and onboarding periods.
* Attend scheduled training sessions and ensure team participation.
* Encourage team members to maximise sales opportunities and revenue.
* Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate monthly training sessions.
* Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures
