Kearney Summer Internship Program

The Kearney Summer Internship gives you the opportunity to spend 10 weeks with the firm, experiencing what it's like to be a management consultant. Our internship is an immersive, hands-on experience where you'll work alongside some of the industry's best consultants on real projects for real clients.
During your internship, you'll experience consulting in a uniquely collegial way. We work together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while ensuring every colleague-including our Summer Interns-has access to comprehensive training, development workshops, and ongoing support to help them learn and grow.

Our Summer Internship Program is open to penultimate and final-year undergraduate students from all disciplines.

Recruitment Process

First-round interviews and the group assessment will take place on Friday, 18 September 2026, and shortlisted candidates must be available to attend in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. If you are unable to attend in person, please let our Recruitment Team know so we can consider your circumstances.
Following the first round, selected candidates will be invited to attend a second round of formal interviews in the weeks following.
The Summer Internship will run from 23 November 2026 to 29 January 2027. Successful candidates must be available for the full duration of the internship.
