1. Operations monitoring & supportAssist in schedule adjustments and staffing reallocations based on live demand and operational needs.Track adherence to schedules and promptly communicate deviations to supervisors for corrective action. 2. Performance reporting & data analysisLog daily occurrences and prepare basic performance reports(SLA, AHT, occupancy).Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using sheets to highlight key operational trends.Assist in the analysis of budget vs. actual spend, helping identify variances and efficiency opportunities. 3. Cross-functional communication & alignmentInteract with operational teams and leaders to ensure alignment on service indicators and resource plans.Communicate in portuguese and english to support local and international stakeholders.Participate in WFM and budget review meetings, documenting action items and follow ups
