Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze backlog reports and initiate proactive communication with vendors to expedite product procurement
* Maintain and monitor expedite communication; provide responses within 24/48h
* Entry, confirmation, and management of purchase orders
* Execute material planning processes; monitor stock levels
* Identify bottlenecks in daily operations
* Design, prototype, and build automated workflows to streamline order management and vendor communications

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

* Graduate (graduated within the last 6 months) or currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field of study.
* Strong interest in business process automation (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, VBA/Macros, Python, or SQL)
* Basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
* Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming manual workflows into scalable, automated processes
* Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
