Job Description

You join our Business Support Documentation team within the Business Management department of Global Market, which is looking for an intern in Front Office Business Support EMTN Documentation, for an internship of 6 months from December 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Documentation check:
* Check the consistency between the final legal documentation, the commercial documentation (brochure) and the Key Information Document to respond to the AMF regulator;
* Actively participate in first-level controls (LOD1) on team activities (monthly, quarterly);
* Review and verify the compliance of the Liquidity and Remuneration letters, incorporated into the Distribution Agreement that governs the
partnerships (regulating commissions paid to intermediaries);

Sales support:
* Ensure the production of KIDs provided in pre-trade under the PRIIPS regulation on non-standard payoffs.
* Maintain smooth communication between the Sales, Structuring, IT, Legal, Compliance teams and our document editor;
* Provide IT support where possible;
* Contribute to the resolution of specific requests from the sales teams (booking, Bloomberg contribution via our systems...).

Miscellaneous missions:
* Collaborate with financial engineering to draft non-standard technical "Annexes" to be added in certain cases to the EMTN's Final Terms (CD or Final Terms);
* Manage the listing/quoting process for certain structured products;
* Drafting standard contracts to govern relations with new intermediaries distributing our EMTN;
* Lead projects aimed at securing, optimizing and automating our processes and documentation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a student with at least a BAC +3/4 level, you are preparing a degree (university or business school), with a specialization in Market Finance.
You have knowledge of VBA and Power BI, and ideally a good understanding of financial markets and PRIIPs regulations.
You are endowed with excellent writing, interpersonal and synthesis skills.
You have a good capacity to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks.
