Job Description

You are joining our Private Assets Operations team, which is looking for a Private Assets Operations Assistant, for a internship of 6 months from January 2026.
Join Mirova's Private Assets Operations team and discover the middle-office of funds invested in energy transition infrastructure, impact private equity and natural capital. At the crossroads of finance and data, you will contribute to monitoring funds, investments and steering data.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Manage fund operations: accounting and financial monitoring, treasury and securities reconciliations, invoice validation and payment, budget monitoring;
* Support transactions and investors: monitoring subscriptions, data collection and exchanges with custodians, confirmation cycle of portfolio companies and monitoring debt schedules;
* Advancing data quality and business management through data: participating in the collection, structuring, and control of data, contributing to the automation of controls and reporting processes, analyzing discrepancies and anomalies, develop relevant dashboards for monitoring activity, and formalize management rules to strengthen data reliability and governance;
* You will also be able to participate in other joint projects of the department depending on the needs at the time of your internship, such as processing requests from other transversal departments concerning the middle office.
