We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented creator agency Intern to support agency and creator-related operations. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help improve collaboration efficiency, track project progress, and support daily communication. Key Responsibilities - Support communication and coordination with creator agencies and creators. - Assist in tracking partnership progress and maintaining related records. - Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and basic analysis. - Support onboarding, training, and daily operations for partners. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on project execution. - Assist with ad hoc tasks related to creator growth and partnership management

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum Qualifications: - Good communication and coordination skills. - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in e-commerce, creator ecosystem, or platform operations. - Fluency in Japanese and English (reading and writing). Preferred Qualifications: - Internship or project experience in operations, partnerships, or marketing. - Interest in TikTok Shop, creators, livestreaming, or social commerce.
