After two successful editions, we are excited to launch the third edition of our Return to Work Fellowship -designed to empower talented women ready to restart and redefine their careers. If you're a mid to senior-level professional looking to transition back into the workforce, this program offers a structured pathway to rebuild momentum, confidence, and impact. As part of this experience, you will work on strategic projects / assignments across the bank and gain valuable exposure. This is an opportunity for you to contribute meaningfully, sharpen your expertise, and also explore long-term career possibilities within a dynamic banking environment.

Program Duration: The program will run for 24 weeks
Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for women who have been on a career break of six months or more.
Program Locations: For the 2026 edition, the program will be offered in Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon and Bangalore
