With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.As a Back Office Assistant, and a valued member of the Firenze Calzaiuoli team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Support Store Managers in planning store team schedules and monitoring discrepancies in the company management systemPlan and manage the vacation calendar and training scheduleOrganize recruitment for new hires: CV screening and interview schedulingOnboard new joiners: plan onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and manage filing/archivingManage supplies (through internal systems and external vendors); familiarity with SAPEnsure compliance with company procedures (policies and safety regulations)Continuously improving efficiency and ensuring proper maintenance of operations related to warehouse audits Do not hesitate to apply if you have:Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
