Our technology starts with you. ___________________________________________________ ROLE Direct Labor Optimization * Monitor direct labor performance (efficiency, utilization rate, labor productivity). * Calculate and track KPIs such as: * Labor efficiency (%) * Direct vs indirect labor ratio * Output per labor hour * Identify causes of low productivity (waiting time, imbalance, rework, absenteeism). * Support optimization of headcount and shift organization. Continuous Improvement Projects * Identify opportunities for productivity improvement using Lean Manufacturing tools: * 5S * Kaizen * SMED * Waste elimination (Muda) * Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA): 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto. * Propose and implement action plans to improve efficiency. * Skills Preparing industrial eng. diploma * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles * Understanding of time study and work measurement * Proficiency in Excel (advanced); Power BI is a plus * Basic knowledge of production KPIs (OEE, productivity, efficiency) * Good communication and reporting skills ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
