Aufgaben

We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Intern to support the Legal Entity Controlling team in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, reporting processes, and business performance analysis within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management presentations.
* Support budget planning and forecast activities by collecting, consolidating, and validating data.
* Maintain cost center tracking files and assist with basic variance analysis.
* Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
* Support month-end closing activities and financial data reconciliation.
* Assist in maintaining internal control documentation and tracking audit evidence.
* Update process documentation, reporting templates, and finance records.
* Support finance-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.

Qualifikationen

* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Interest in financial reporting, controlling, and process improvement.
* Knowledge of SAP or financial systems is an advantage.
