We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team in supporting Supply Chain Integration and digitalisation , Production Network Integration and Production Scheduling projects. The role offers exposure to real-world supply chain systems and processes, cross-functional collaboration, application of artificial intelligence, digitalisation, and data analytics.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

* Digital Transformation Support: Support digital transformation and supply chain improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Project Management Assistance: Assist Project Managers in project planning, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project execution.
* Process Analysis & Gap Assessment: Involve in process analysis and gap assessments to identify opportunities for operational improvement and harmonisation.
* Data-Driven Operations: Contribute to business process governance, data analysis, digitalization/AI projects, and support daily operations through data-driven problem-solving.

Internship Learning Outcomes:
* Supply Chain & Manufacturing Exposure: Gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and semiconductor production processes.
* Project Management Skills: Develop project management and cross-functional collaboration skills through participation in transformation initiatives.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Application: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support process improvement and digitalization projects.
* Stakeholder Communication: Strengthen communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
* Digital Transformation Experience: Acquire practical experience in digital transformation, AI applications, and project execution within a supply chain context.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Educational Background: On track to attain a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration or other relevant course of studies.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, project scheduling, and data visualisation tools.
* Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
* Time & Priority Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long-term deadlines.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Good problem-solving skills, proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
* Preferred Intake: Able to commit to 8 months/ 1 year internship (May 27 - Dec 27/ Apr 28).
