We are looking for interns to join the International Group for our January to June 2027 internship cycle.

Scope of Work
As part of IMDA's International Group, the Asia Tech x Programme Office organises the annual Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) event, which brings together leaders and decision makers from government and industry to explore how technology can drive positive change.

You will join the team responsible for conceptualising, developing and delivering the ATxSummit and ATxInspire series. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following:
* Conduct content research and development on identified topics, working with knowledge partners to gather information and insights.
* Support engagements with targeted companies to secure and manage speakers and support the development of the ATxSummit agenda and programme.
* Collaborate with identified partners and sponsors to ensure partnership and sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled.
* Provide regular progress updates on speaker management, agenda development and logistical coordination.
* Work closely with event manager, appointed event organiser to support planning, event operations and the overall guest experience.
* Provide on-site support to team members to support the smooth execution of the event.
* Manage event-related administrative duties & documentation.

Learning Outcomes
* Gain valuable insights into real-world challenges in emerging technology and their implications for policy, society, and the digital economy.
* Develop essential skills in stakeholder management, including partner and sponsor management, content research, development, and presentation.
* Gain an understanding of end-to-end conference planning and operations for a major technology event.
* Gain hands-on experience in content development and partnership building for one of Singapore's flagship technology events.

Skills Required
* Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills.
* Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Resourceful, dynamic and proactive team player who is able to work independently.
* Detail-oriented with good organisation skills.
