YOUR MISSION
As a Junior Client Advisor in our Zurich boutique (intern/working student), you will play a key role in driving boutique sales performance by delivering memorable client experiences, building long-term client relationships, and contributing actively to operational excellence while embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at all times. Based in our Zurich boutique, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Boutique Manager.
Start date: November 2026
A first experience in the luxury retail environment Knowledge / passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies and sports Fluent in English + German, a third language would be a plus Strong curiosity and eager to learn selling skills, sales KPIs, clientelling KPIs, brand DNA, history & collections, front and back office tools, retail procedures Client-centric mindset Open minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills Energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented Self-starter, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Adaptable to changes, flexible, able to bring up new ideas and solutions Team spirit, high integrity and transparency Great presentation skills
