We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Intern to join our team. You will be the backbone of our campaign operations, supporting the team in executing high-impact "Mega Campaigns" while helping us transition manual workflows into scalable, automated systems.

What You"ll Do:
* Product Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and specifications to accurately match them with competitor products.
* Mapping & Audits: Run the mapping and audit process daily (reviewing, auditing, and manually mapping highly complex product versions across platforms).
* Competitor Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor actions to proactively highlight anomalies that affect our business profitability.
* Process Optimisation: Suggest areas for improvement in current operational flows and help draft out or improve existing SOPs for the team.

What You"ll Need:
* Detail-Oriented: You have a "eagle eye" for errors-whether it's a typo in a promo code or a misaligned pixel.
* Fast Learner: You can pick up new tools and complex workflows quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Aesthetic Sense: You have a good eye for design and layout, ensuring all campaign assets look professional.
* Organized: You can manage multiple small tasks without losing track of deadlines.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva/Figma/Photoshop) and Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.
* Language skill: able to communicate in English. If able Japanese, is a plus.
