Personal comments:
The houses are expensive and bad isoluated. The construction is the cheapest possible. The space is pretty good because every mate has his own bathroom and a big kitchen with livingroom is included. It is annoying that a security man is needed and watch you like bigbrother. The landlord has sometimes nothing else to do than to bully the students. Overall iam contented because the three mates had a nice year together in this flat and i hope that the landlord has no new ideas to rob us.

I first stayed in a studet apartmet, but nightlife was too loud for me. The I moved to a house, with 5 other students. It was even worse, the house was cold and drafty and the rent too big for the condition. I didn´t even get my whole deposit back after leaving.
