Everything is so expensive. I was paying 20 pounds a week for gas in the winter. 80 pounds per 3 months for electric. 40 pounds a month for phone. Aweful. Food too! Food, Travel, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Nightlife: was less expensive than at home.

One way to save some money on food and day-to-day groceries is to always look for sales. Even small convenience stores have items on sale. A good way to save money at clubs and bars is to look for flyers that either get you in with cheap cover or even free. There are many students handing out flyers every day in school for different places so you can check them out.
