As an Associate at Kearney SEA, you'll lead client workstreams and coach Junior and Senior Analysts while partnering with client executives to design-and implement-solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in operations, procurement, and growth.

Leadership you'll practice include owning workstreams to pilot, including client coordination for value delivery.

Key responsibilities
* Lead project workstreams and teams (as needed), working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
* Ensure the success of projects to complete tasks such as gathering and analyzing data and conducting competitor assessment studies.
* Assist the firm's business development through generating proposals.
* Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
* Participate in firm building opportunities, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.

* Insatiable problem-solver who enjoys making change happen, not just proving a hypothesis.
* Experienced in coaching/leading workstream to shape client agendas.
* Comfortable jumping between spreadsheets and shop floors/ports/warehouses.
* Post-MBA graduate with consulting experience
* Non-MBA graduate with prior consulting (5-7 years) and workstream leadership experience
* Fluent in English
* Knowledgeable in SEA language (Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Tagalog) will be a plus for client work in Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Thailand/ Philippines.
