Working closely with business stakeholders and IT experts, you'll contribute to digital initiatives, project delivery, and process improvement activities across the business.

Digital Transformation Expert (IT Business Analyst) 

Location- Budapest, MOL Campus (On-site)

Your impact will be- 

* Understand business needs 

Work with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, helping transform operational challenges into improvement opportunities and digital initiatives. 

* Support project delivery 

Contribute to digital projects through planning, coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder alignment activities, helping ensure successful implementation and measurable business value. 

* Spot opportunities for improvement 

Collaborate with business teams to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and support initiatives that simplify and improve day-to-day operations. 

* Be the problem-solver 

Contribute to business analysis and process improvement activities while helping teams improve efficiency, transparency, and performance. 

* Drive digital adoption 

Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities, helping business users successfully integrate digital solutions into their daily work and business processes. 

* Collaborate to create value 

Actively participate in team discussions, share ideas, contribute to joint problem solving, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities while supporting a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Educational Background

* You have a university degree in- Business Informatics, Information Technology, Software Engineering or similar field.  

Professional Experience 

* 1-2 years of experience or recent graduate. 
* Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, digital transformation, or IT/business projects is an advantage. 
* Relevant internship experience, university projects, or participation in student initiatives are also valued. 

Skills

* Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian 
* Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills 
* Ability to understand both business and technology perspectives 

Mindset & Interpersonal Skills 

* Team player with focus on collaboration and cooperation
