“Leonardo's FPGA Academy offers a 16-week on-site training program for engineers to transition into FPGA/Firmware roles. Candidates with strong technical backgrounds (e.g., embedded software, electronic engineering) will receive mentored training in VHDL/SystemVerilog, hardware design, and verification. Upon completion, participants join RATS teams working on radar and advanced targeting systems. Hybrid work available in Newcastle/Edinburgh.”
