CAFOM Sourcing is the buying office in Asia for brands of Cafom Group: BUT, DARTY and HABITAT franchisee stores in the overseas islands, European online retailer Ventes-unique.com. CAFOM Sourcing also provides services to external clients across the world. We are specialized in developing and purchasing Furniture, Sofa, Decoration, DIY, Garden, Electrical Home Appliance, Fashion, Green Energy System, etc. CAFOM Sourcing has currently 3 offices in China, Indonesia and India with 60+ team members.

We are specialized in developing and purchasing Furniture, Sofa, Decoration, DIY, Garden, Electrical Home Appliance, Fashion, Renewable Energy System, etc.

CAFOM Sourcing has currently 3 offices in China Mainland (Shenzhen), Indonesia (Jakarta) and India (New Delhi) with 60+ team members with 8 nationalities.

MISSIONS:
- Your core tasks: implement QM-system, adjusts and further develops the QM-systems, detect, avoid and escalate risks with reference to product quality, product liability and product safety.
- You are the responsible person to continuously improve overall quality management performance, include but not limited in quality assurance system implementation, quality engineering capability enhance, suppliers' performance KPI and quality inspection execution, team management etc.
- Develop quality strategy, benchmark and quality and implement best practices
- Process owner for the development and evolution of quality tools and system.
- Define standards for quality activities, to include but not limited to: testing, product inspection, problem solving, and handling customer complaints.
- Design and implement quality metrics that help driving the desired quality improvements in coordination with the company
- Proactively drive/resolve issues related to manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and product quality.
- Meeting with inspectors in on a timely basis for staffing, supervising and monitoring purposes.
- To create on-going training of QC staff to ensure they are aware of all new and existing standards, issues, and issue resolution and well implement on daily work.
- Join the new product development and provide technical advice, new product potential risk assessment and joining approve the master samples for key collections.
- To ensure a smooth work relationship among the quality teams and with other departments.
- To supervise the schedule for all quality audits with factories and well organize the QC group to maximize efficiency of inspections
- Well organize and analyze the work saturation of each team to enhance the strength of the department and to avoid overstaffing or understaffing.
- Report on a weekly basis about the quality control, inspection, and other key indicators to General Manager
- Department cost control which including but not limited to travel expense and entertainment.
- Staff evaluation, suggest and implement way for improvement.
- Manage staff coaching and motivation and to ensure necessary and sufficient training has been provided to the team.
- Responsible for the correct and timely execution for other tasks delegated by the general manager

ABOUT SHENZHEN
You will be based in the Regional Headquarter in Shenzhen. CONTRACT
You will directly report to Director of Operations in Asia. After your VIE, you will be offered with a permanent local contract with competitive package

Candidate Requirements:

- Have good ability of solving problems.
- Good knowledge & experience in quality control management.
- Good communication skills and good team player.
- Good command of French, English and Chinese in speaking, reading and writing.
- Positive and hard working, be able to work under pressure.
- Honest and high sense of responsibilities
- 2 years working experience with similar position
- Master's degree in engineering
