1. Support the Critical Channels team in the screening and organization of the cases received. 2. Assist in the identification and classification of the criticality of the demands, following the criteria and guidelines established by the area. 3. Support analysts in the survey and organization of information necessary for the treatment of cases. 4. Perform administrative and operational activities related to the monitoring of demands, under the guidance of those responsible for the area. 5. Contribute to the updating of controls, spreadsheets, and records used by the team. 6. Support the monitoring of deadlines and status of demands, flagging situations that require attention from analysts. 7. Develop knowledge about Customer Service, Customer Experience, Critical Channels, and complaint management processes
