Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour une durée d'un an en tant que Business Solution Owner (BSO) junior au sein de l'équipe Global Planning Solution Management (GPS).
Cette équipe est rattachée au pôle Excellence de la Direction Global Planning Groupe.

L'équipe GPS assure la gestion métier des applications du Global Planning (prévisions de ventes locales, besoins industriels, plan d'approvisionnements, déploiement de stock).
En tant que MOA, nous faisons l'interface entre les utilisateurs métiers et l'IT (MOE - DAIS).

En tant que BSO en apprentissage, vous serez progressivement responsabilisé(e) sur un périmètre applicatif, avec l'appui du manager et de l'équipe.

Vos missions principales :

- Run & support Niveau 2 des applications :
support fonctionnel auprès des Key Users / utilisateurs,
suivi et qualification des incidents (bugs, batchs, relances, etc.) en lien avec l'IT.
- Amélioration continue & évolutions des outils :
recueil et analyse des besoins métiers, contribution aux spécifications fonctionnelles, préparation et participation aux tests (recettes) et aux mises en production.
- Accompagnement des utilisateurs :
contribution aux supports de formation (guides, présentations),
participation aux sessions de formation / démonstration.
- Participation à des projets SI transverses en assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (multi-métiers, multisites).

Who you are ?

Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs
Etudiant intégrant une formation de niveau Bac+5 type Ecole d'ingénieur/Université/Ecole de commerce avec spécialisation Systèmes d'Information, Supply Chain ou Gestion de Projet en alternance

Bonnes connaissances en SI / informatique (notions d'architecture SI, MOA/MOE, outils de planification/ERP/BI appréciés).
Intérêt marqué pour le fonctionnel / métier et les processus Supply Chain / Global Planning.
Bases en gestion de projet (organisation, priorisation, suivi d'actions).
Qualités : rigueur, esprit analytique, aisance relationnelle, goût pour un rôle d'interface métier-IT.
