Work Location: Cities where Keeta operates, including Beijing, Riyadh, São Paulo, Dubai, etc. Willingness to accept global rotation is required. You will have 2 to 4 Job rotations covering B-side, C-side, D-side and Business Analysis in the first two years. The specific job responsibilities depend on which position you will take. Generally, it may include: 1. Assist in formulating and executing the overall strategy for the food delivery platform, ensuring competitive advantages in both domestic and international markets. Analyze industry trends, user demands, technological innovations, and global competition to provide strategic recommendations and support executive decisions; 2. Collaborate with global teams to optimize operations, improve order conversion rates, and enhance customer retention across international markets. Tailor strategies based on regional user needs and local market characteristics; 3. Analyze international market behavior and demand shifts, and implement product and service innovations to increase global market share and customer satisfaction; 4. Conduct regular industry analysis, track competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and technological developments, and continuously update the global strategic plan. Establish and monitor KPIs to assess strategy execution; 5. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global stakeholders including merchants, delivery providers, payment platforms, and logistics partners to strengthen market position and brand presence
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree(Master/MBA degree is a plus) with experience in strategy planning, business analysis, or consulting in the food delivery, e-commerce, or tech industries. Cross-department collaboration and project management experience is essential; 2. Strong international market insights with the ability to analyze data and identify global opportunities and risks in the food delivery sector; 3. Familiarity with food delivery platform operations, including merchant management, logistics, and payment systems, with the ability to drive optimization and innovation in international markets; 4. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Speaking Arabic/Portuguese is a Plus), and the ability to collaborate and execute strategies in a global work environment; 5. Proficient in office software, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to quickly identify opportunities and risks and make informed decisions; 6. Strong team spirit, execution capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective cross-departmental collaboration and strategy implementation
