Take off and steer your own career! You will complete five project assignments. Your first assignment will be within HR. After that, you can individually choose your further assignments from across the entire Deutsche Telekom Group. Step outside your comfort zone! After your first assignment, you decide which topics you would like to explore in greater depth. Throughout the program, we encourage you to leave your comfort zone and discover new areas within Deutsche Telekom. Our broad network will support you along the way. Expand your network and experience the trainee community! Fridays are reserved for "Magenta Friday." All trainees come together to work on strategic and innovative growth topics outside their individual project assignments. Trainees work in different teams, organizing events, supporting their own development or contributing to social initiatives. Go international! A leading digital telecommunications company without international experience? No way! One of your three-month assignments will take place abroad. You decide which country and city you would like to experience. Understand our business! Take the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of Deutsche Telekom's operational business. During our "Service Days," you can gain direct insights into how Deutsche Telekom interacts with its customers. Choose your own Service Days - for example, spend a day in customer service, visit a Telekom Shop or stop by one of our service centers. Simply discuss with your contact person which date suits you best. Profile You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable field of study. We welcome candidates with all academic qualifications - Bachelor's, Master's or PhD. You bring the following skills and experience: Service orientation: You consistently think from the customer's perspective and strive to find the best possible solutions for our customers. Project management: You have initial knowledge and experience in project management and are able to plan and coordinate tasks and projects in a structured way and reliably drive them to successful completion. Data analytics: You enjoy working with data, identify relevant patterns and connections, and use your findings to provide well-founded input for strategic decision-making. Artificial Intelligence (AI): You are curious about the opportunities offered by AI and are eager to turn them into tangible value. Trends: You keep an eye on current market and industry trends and contribute fresh perspectives and new ideas. People Development: You are interested in Customer Experience, B2B/B2C business models, or People Development, Change Management and Organizational Development. Employees at the center: You are a passionate team player and enthusiastic about creating the best possible experiences for our employees. Relevant experience: You have gained at least six months of relevant internship or work experience in areas such as service, business customers, consumer customers or data-related environments. Understanding of corporate strategy: You have a basic understanding of corporate strategies and how they contribute to achieving business objectives. Intercultural competence: Our Start up! community thrives on its international diversity. Strong intercultural skills should therefore be part of your DNA. International experience - whether through studying abroad, work & travel or similar activities - is a must (at least three months). Commitment and entrepreneurial spirit: As a Start up! trainee, you are passionate about driving change. Experience in social engagement and/or entrepreneurial projects is therefore highly welcome.
