Wireless Engineer Intern 【For University Students】

Job Description:

【Key Responsibilities】
- Responsible for RAN site commissioning, testing, upgrade, troubleshooting, maintenance and follow-up O&M support for product projects.
- Provide technical training to customers in the product service area, and collect user feedback on product technology, quality and service.
- Conduct project acceptance, equipment preliminary acceptance and final acceptance.
- Track and resolve equipment issues, handle complex problems, and collect & organize technical documentation.
- Manage and improve the technical capability of outsourced vendors in the service area.
- Cooperate with pre-sales team to explore business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.

【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science or related majors; relevant internship/working experience is a plus.
- Familiar with wireless product principles, system composition and key technical architecture is a plus.
- Experience in wireless equipment engineering delivery and maintenance is a plus.
- Able to work in English, with strong stress tolerance, proactive attitude and good teamwork spirit
