The Finance function within (COMPANY NAME) Group Operations is undergoing a transformation related to the organization, moving from a regional / local one to a global, standardized and simplified one with common tools and processes.
The Finance function manages operating expenses of around EUR 1.5 billion within (COMPANY NAME) Group Operations (approximately 8,000 staff). It is composed of around ~150 people (mainly internals) across global geographies (15 countries / 16 legal entities) and organized around 3 main global functions (directly reporting to Group Operations CFO) - Controlling, Accounting and Finance Transformation.


In this context, you will join the Finance Transformation department composed of 14 international employees whose main mission is the harmonization, simplification and modernization of GO's financial tools and processes. The scope of this function is global and covers 14 countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, United States, France, Italy, Japan, Morocco, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, United Kingdom, Singapore, Swiss)

Reporting to a Transformation Project Manager, your main missions will be to:
- Manage end-to-end projects (framing, implementation, monitoring) in connection with the implementation / improvement of Finance IT tools
- Co-facilitate workshops with several countries (discussion group, working group)
- Put in place various levers to raise awareness and guide employees on the main target financial processes and tools
- Take part in the animation of the tool user community by promoting good practices

You will be particularly dedicated to the improvement and deployment of the contract tool of (COMPANY NAME) GROUP OPERATIONS with its internal (COMPANY NAME) customers. This tool is based on a Salesforce platform and soon will move to SAP S/4 HANA.

- Mastering the functioning of corporate finance and finance transformation implementation, and particularly the contracting and customer invoicing processes
Your Profile

Business skills:
- Excellent proficiency using Microsoft office 365 pack (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Process oriented
- Solution driven with agile methodology
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Ability to document finance processes for project implementation

Transversal skills:
- Coordination and communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to work in autonomy
- Team spirit required
- Dynamic and curious

Technical skills:
- Quick adaptability to new IT tools
- Database management basic skills
- IT project management
- Knowledge and prior experience of working with Salesforce or SAP S/4 HANA will be a plus
- Knowledge and prior experience of working with Power BI will be a plus

Language skills:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in French will be a plus
