Internship Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations / Finance (m/w/d)

Our team in Friedrichshafen is looking for candidates for a voluntary internship starting 01/2027, with a minimum duration of three months.

Your responsibilities as an Intern, Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations, ZF Group (m/f/d):
* Support and development of strategic M&A and cooperation concepts
* Preparation of business analysis (e.g. benchmarking, company profiles, market overviews etc.)
* Participation in ongoing national and international M&A / cooperation projects (project management, presentations, due diligence evaluations etc.)
* Support business development projects

Your profile as an Intern, Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations, ZF Group (m/f/d):
* Advanced studies in economics or equivalent with good grades
* First work experience through e.g. internships are desirable
* Independent and structured way of working
* Good German and English language skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office
