About the team Creator Strategy is a team that supports the overall Creator department in TikTok Shop by Tokopedia through strategy and data. In this role, you will be responsible for the creator operation strategy localization, horizontal planning as well as project management. You will support the Creator Strategy Team in driving affiliate growth and campaign efficiency. This role focuses on the execution of resource management, data monitoring, and providing operational support for key creator projects. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem. As a creator strategy intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful business analysis that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Assist the e-commerce creator operation strategy team in conducting business analysis, including but not limited to data collection and analysis, industry research, etc. - Be able to quickly acquire and analyze business data, and structure and summarize useful information to provide valuable input for the team. - Be able to present the collected industry information in a structured manner and express it clearly

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business analyst or a related discipline. - Data Sensitivity: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). You should be comfortable processing data to draw actionable insights. - Have good data analysis and data processing capabilities, structured analysis and framework thinking capabilities, and those with model building capabilities are more preferred; - Have solid desk research capabilities and strong summarization and extraction capabilities among numerous complex information; - Excellent communication skills with no barriers in daily work. Self-driven, result-oriented, enjoy challenging work, and passionate about your work Preferred Qualifications - Experience interning with any eCommerce industry. - Strong interest in data analytics. - Experience with SQL is a plus.
