Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A Internship | 6 months | Start date: September 2026

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:
* Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact
* Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes
* Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans
* Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives
* Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects
* Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business
* Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations

You are the right person if you:
* Are a Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
* Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
* Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data
* Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Are able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
* Have strong communication and presentation skills
* Possess good commands of Excel and PowerPoint
* Speak English; any additional languages are a plus

Besides the challenging and interesting opportunity, we offer:
* 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
* 1000EUR as monthly gross reimbursement.
* Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
